Help! I purchased a product from a store that no longer exists
If you have previously purchased an Aerosoft product from a shop that no longer exists, it is still possible to receive updates for the product using our update database providing you have the serial key.
Most shops send you a serial key to your email after purchase, so we highly recommend checking the email you purchased the product with.
To update your product:
1) Create an account on our update database: https://support.aerosoft.com/pages/login
2) Select the product you own and enter your serial key.
The product will now be added to your account on our update database. You'll be able to download the latest product installers here.
In the event you cannot find your license key, please create a support ticket with the receipt, order confirmation or payment confirmation from the original order.
