Invalid/Incorrect Serial Key

All serial codes on our store are tested and have an extremely low rate of failure. There are three reasons why a serial key may fail, they have been listed below.


1) The serial code is not entered correctly, we recommend copy and pasting the key to avoid any incorrect characters.

2) The serial code has been copied and pasted with a space before or after the code.

3) The email entered is not exactly the same as in our system. Please make sure the casing is correct, name@mail.com is not the same as Name@mail.com.
