Lost serial key or download link

If you have lost your serial key or product download link, you can retrieve it within just a few seconds on the order history page of our store. Please follow these steps below for navigating to this page:


1) On our store, you will see the "My Account" button above the navigation bar, click this.





2) Insert your email and password in the login form and click "login". Your email and password are the same logins you used when purchasing the product. Should you require a password reset, please view our article here.



3) Under Instant downloads, you will find your order with the download link and the serials (should one be needed).
