Vous trouverez la clé de série et/ou le lien de téléchargement du produit que vous avez acheté sur la page Historique des commandes. Pour trouver cette information, suivez ces étapes :


1) Sur notre page web principale (où vous verrez les nouvelles) vous trouverez le [bouton COMPTE].

2) Insérez votre email et votre mot de passe, ils sont les mêmes que ceux que vous avez utilisés lorsque vous avez acheté le produit et cliquez sur [Log-in].

3) Sous Téléchargements instantanés, vous trouverez votre commande avec le lien de téléchargement et les publications en série (si nécessaire).

4. Si vous avez fait la commande il y a longtemps, vous la trouverez peut-être dans l'ancien système de boutique.
